This policy explains what information ANU AI collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers our website, anuai.net, and ANUAI, the tool our team uses to manage Instagram and Facebook for the businesses we work with.
Who we are
ANU AI is a marketing and AI services business based in Erbil, Iraq.

Information from our website
When you fill in a form or try one of our demos, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email, business name and message.
We keep these details in our customer system so we can reply to you.
Our demo pages record which steps are used, so we can improve them.
Information from Instagram and Facebook
ANUAI connects to Instagram and Facebook through Meta's official tools. It only reaches the pages and accounts of businesses that have given us access.
For those businesses we receive their page and account details, their posts and post results, their ad results, and the comments and direct messages people send them.
From a comment or a message we receive the sender's name or username, their Instagram or Facebook account number, the text, and the time it was sent. If you send a phone number, we receive that too.
How we use it
To publish posts for the business and report how they perform.
To show comments and messages to our team and suggest a reply.
To send a reply. A person on our team approves every reply before it is sent.
To call you back, only if you sent us your number.
We do not sell this information and we do not use it for advertising. We use each business's information only for that business.
Who else handles it
Meta, which runs Instagram and Facebook.
Anthropic, whose AI drafts the suggested replies. It receives the text of the comment or message.
Telegram, which our team uses to read and approve replies.
GoHighLevel, which holds the details sent through our website.
Vercel, which hosts our website.
ANUAI runs on a computer our team controls, and the information it collects is stored there.
How long we keep it
We keep comments, messages and phone numbers while we manage the business's account. We delete them within 30 days after we stop, or sooner if you ask.
We keep website contact details until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to ninwaya.younan@anuai.net and we will reply within 30 days.
Keeping it safe
Only our team can open ANUAI. The keys that connect it to Meta stay on our computer and are never shared.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
